Digital Delivery Policy
All Forms by Phil products are digital downloads. No physical product is shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
After successful payment, your files are delivered electronically through the download link provided by the store. Depending on the product, the download may be a ZIP package containing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PDF, and/or instruction files.
If you purchase a ZIP file, save it to your device and extract the contents before opening or editing the included documents. Available file formats are identified in each product listing.
If you do not receive your download link, first check your order confirmation and spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access the files, contact us with the email address used for the order and your order number so we can help.
Because these are digital products, no shipping charges or physical delivery times apply.
