By purchasing or downloading a Forms by Phil product, you receive a non-exclusive license to use and customize the purchased files for your own personal or internal business use.
You may edit the files, remove Forms by Phil branding, add your own company name or logo, and modify the content to fit your business needs.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, give away, or otherwise provide the original or modified digital files to another person or business for their independent use. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying template or intellectual property.
Forms by Phil products are provided as practical general-business tools. They are not legal, human-resources, OSHA, tax, payroll, accounting, or other professional advice and are not guaranteed to satisfy the laws, regulations, policies, or requirements applicable to every business or jurisdiction. The purchaser is responsible for reviewing and adapting each product before use.
Digital files are provided in the formats identified on the applicable product page. Forms by Phil does not guarantee compatibility with every device, software version, or third-party application.
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, public posting, or commercial reproduction of Forms by Phil digital products is prohibited.
These terms are subject to applicable law and may be updated as the Forms by Phil product catalog and services evolve.
