File formats
Available formats vary by product and may include PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and a short instruction or README file. The product description identifies what is included.
Add your own branding
When an editable Word or Excel version is included, you may replace or remove Forms by Phil branding and add your own company name or logo for use within your business or organization.
