What does Forms by Phil sell?
We sell downloadable business forms, templates, spreadsheets, logs, checklists, and operating tools designed primarily for small businesses, supervisors, shops, warehouses, and operations teams.
How do I receive my purchase?
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. No physical product is shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
Why did I receive a ZIP file?
Some products include several files in one ZIP package. Save the ZIP file to your device, extract or unzip it, and then open the individual Word, Excel, PDF, or instruction files inside.
Can I customize the forms?
Yes, when an editable file format is included. You may customize the document for your own business use, including replacing or removing Forms by Phil branding and adding your own company name and logo. Each product listing identifies the file formats included.
Can I share a purchased template with another business?
No. Products are licensed for use within the purchasing business or organization. They may not be resold, redistributed, posted for public download, uploaded to a template marketplace, or transferred to another business unless the product listing specifically allows it.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital files cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once delivered or accessed, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a file is missing, corrupted, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, contact us and we will work to correct the problem.
Are these legal, HR, OSHA, tax, safety, or accounting advice?
No. Forms by Phil provides practical business templates and organizational tools. Customers are responsible for reviewing and adapting documents for the laws, regulations, policies, and requirements that apply to their business and location.
What if I have a problem with a download?
Contact us through the store and include the email address used for the order and your order number if available. We will help resolve file-access, missing-file, or download issues.
