Forms by Phil sells downloadable digital forms, templates, spreadsheets, and related business tools. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital files have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you receive a corrupted, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccessible file, please contact Forms by Phil at philslaughter202@gmail.com. We will make a reasonable effort to correct the issue or provide a replacement copy of the purchased files.

Duplicate purchases or other exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
