Forms by Phil sells downloadable digital products. Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once the files have been delivered or accessed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If you receive a missing, corrupted, incorrect, or materially different file from what was described in the product listing, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to correct the problem by providing the proper or replacement file.
Please review the product description, included file formats, and compatibility information before purchasing. Customers are responsible for having software capable of opening and editing the file formats identified in the product listing.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
