Forms by Phil Terms of Service & Digital Product License
License for Business Use
When you purchase a Forms by Phil digital product, you receive a non-exclusive license to download, edit, customize, print, and use the purchased files within the purchasing business or organization.
When an editable format is included, you may replace or remove Forms by Phil branding and add your own company name, logo, policies, or other business-specific information for your internal use.
Prohibited Uses
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share for use by another business or organization, post the files for public download, upload the files to a template marketplace, or otherwise make the original or modified templates available as a competing product. Purchasing a template does not transfer ownership of the underlying template design or intellectual property.
General Business Tools
Forms by Phil products are general business templates and organizational tools. They are not legal, human-resources, OSHA, safety, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and no product is represented as guaranteeing compliance with any law, regulation, industry standard, or company policy.
You are responsible for reviewing and adapting each product to your business, location, policies, practices, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements. When appropriate, consult a qualified professional before using a template.
Digital Delivery and Compatibility
Products are delivered electronically in the file formats identified in the product listing. You are responsible for having compatible software and for saving backup copies of purchased files.
Refunds
Digital product purchases are subject to the Forms by Phil Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
